I was SO excited for my first cheer photo session of the year when disaster struck…wind. Natalie was such a trooper with hair flying everywhere and watery eyes, but we scheduled a second photoshoot to make up for the wind. Even with the unpredictable weather, some of these turned out gorgeous!

The tricky thing with wind is the hair. Your subject has to face a certain direction so their hair is blowing back, or they have to hide behind something like a wall. This limits your locations, posing, and lighting!

Thankfully, our second location was blocked from the wind, and we had some gorgeous golden hour lighting! This dress is perfect for senior photos and graduation.
